  • Location data: We collect your device's precise location when the App is in use to verify proximity to Peek Spots. Location data is not collected when the App is closed.
  • Device information: We collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and troubleshooting.
  • Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, keepsakes created, and coins spent.

Information from third parties

  • Payment processors: In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of transactions but do not store your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and improve the Service, including keepsake generation
  • Verify your location at Peek Spots
  • Process transactions and manage your coin balance
  • Send you service-related communications
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the App experience

3. Photo Processing

When you take a photo at a Peek Spot, it is sent to our processing systems to generate your keepsake or postcard. We process your photos solely for this purpose. Photos may be temporarily stored during processing and are not used for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, image processing, analytics).
  • Print Shop partners: If you order physical prints, we share the necessary keepsake data with our printing partners to fulfill your order.
  • Postcard recipients: When you send a digital postcard, the recipient receives the postcard content and your display name.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Peeksake and its users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and keepsake collection for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
